Tickets at over 41 hours?

For a target of 4 hours this seems excessive.
I'd normally wait, but I have a product change tonight and my query is time critical regarding retention of services... could someone have a look please? It will 'probably' be OK, but if it goes wrong it will only make more work.

Hi there,
I'm just dealing with this now. By the looks of it they're all features you would have kept as-is anyway Smiley

Yes is the honest answer Smiley
I don't blame you though as I can't see how you could have been aware that you would retain those features.
For future reference of all, if you want to change account type and have legacy features (ones not available to new account types such as fax2email) we can usually retain these if the account type change is scheduled from here.
Adam.
