Please could a PlusNet rep look at this Ticket #51427782 . It has been waiting for attention for quite some time.

It's not been ignored, its because a reply was given to a fault survey ticket which does include the following text:
I've actioned the request you made on the ticket anyway.
Quote update your fault ticket at help.plus.net, but please ensure any information regarding what you are experiencing is added to the actual fault ticket and not added to the ticket that is created for this message.

Thanks Adam. I could blame it on my 85 year old referral customer but I have to admit that it was I who replied to the Ticket for him.
All is now well. He is sync'ed at > 18,000bps and is a happy bunny.
