Hi Adam, sorry for not answering the earlier calls. I was in a meeting where I had to use my phone for photos so had to have it on just couldn't take any calls.

hi Adam,
after staying on for most of last week it was out again this morning. from what I can tell this was the first ppp drop since the one on Monday? the last one before that being something like 4 or 5 days before that. I had the mis fortune to be from before 4 this morning and there was no unusual activity electrical etc.

HI Adam,
re: ownership of issues. it would be good to know that after a set time it was automatically assigned to a named person though say at x days or y weeks with all other issues below the threshold progressing as normal.

re ticket closing and TPM completed. Thank you to everyone who has assisted. Now that the issue is resolved could you please take a look at the account with a view to our conversation eariler in the thread re goodwill for down time and inconvinience etc of multiple visits and lenght of issue. no of phone calls and lenght of time for calls etc.
I would be grateful if you could look at this form me.

came home today to be told internet was dead until son rebooted. Checked with Pn and it had been down since 3:52 am 9 (approx) and on another day,  think they said the 4th, as well from roughly the same time.
When will it all end.

It did end, BUT it seems to have started again....
In all seriousness though I am sorry to hear that there's an issue again. I'm going to monitor the connection today as there's been no disconnection apart from that.
