glad Plusnet seem to be sorting out all the claims mentioned here but I still haven't had my cashback and will definitely be changing when my contract expires.  Doesn't matter which company I go with as my bb speed is so slow I can make a cup of tea when changing pages!  I have been disappointed with PN as they make such an advertising thing about their wondeful customer service; can't say I have experienced it!

Chris.... Not at home, but just got my wife to run a test.
It's not been done yet. Speed cam back with the same 36.43 DL speed.
Can you recheck please? I noticed the ticket says "BT to complete by midnight in the 26 Jan.

Mine was also the £38. Raised with TCB but no update from Plusnet yet, apparently.  Can you look at this please?

Query raised with TCB and reply received from them on December 6th saying;
Your Missing CashBack claim has now been submitted to Plusnet Broadband (via their affiliate network or representative management agency who run their online programme for them).
Account ref was my username, order number was 37561075
