When you said Kelly's on behalf of BT I assumed you meant BT Openreach, but looking at the account it's your phone provider.
If it has already been logged with them I hope they can sort it out for you  Smiley

The horror stories are legion :(.

They certainly are for Kelly's cowboys, however the only stories I've heard in respect of J. C. Quinn have been for their excellence.  I had a J. C. Quinn guy turn up to a job on Wednesday morning - setting aside that BTOR should never have allocated the job to a sub-contractor, my only grounds for complaint would have been that he did not have the right gear (fibre glass ladders) for working on a joint services pole.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

To add some contrast; Kelly seems to get sourced a lot in Sheffield, as I've had a Kelly engineer every time. They have always done a decent job.

Ditto Matty - it was a Kelly engineer who installed my fibre and he was courteous and polite and did a good job.
