What management? Who in their right mind would buy all this free business - because clearly there is a huge cost - and watch all your established business walk away? Plus of course if service levels don't improve the free stuff will leave in a years time and they will gain nothing back! Churn as I keep going on, is never good, but in the early days the likes of Sky didn't get it - but every manager should know all about it now - it's the death of a company if it's not sorted.
After 11 years with PlusNet, I still have a thread running from June when I swaped to fibre. The latest option is to set up a new profile - 24 to 72 hours they said - still waiting after a couple of weeks. Come on, how long can it take to set up a nrew profile?
