It is now one month since I posted this question, which asked when my broadband fee would be reduced to reflect my exchange's upgrading from Market 1 to Market 2 status.
Can I be so bold as to enquire whether I will ever get a meaningful response beyond the auto script babble and the unfulfilled promises so far received?

There is no price change when moving from Market 1 to Market 2

Only Market 3 exchanges qualify for a price reduction.

I can only apologise as strat and oldjim mention a move from Market 1 to 2 does not qualify for a reduction in price.
As the agent who originally answered seemed to think it did I think we owe you a goodwill gesture which that I'm mind I've discounted your service so you get a free month of broadband subscription.
I will of course be taking the matter up with the agent that responded.

It has taken the denizens of this forum just 30 minutes to answer my question as against 30 days and no answer from so called Help & Support.
I have now closed the Question and been asked to complete a survey of their performance. I am tempted but my refined upbringing has ill equipped me to spell some of the rude words I might use.
Guess where I will direct any future questions?
