Have PN given up on monitoring this? Recently the excellent Bob Pullen has been the only person to post replies there.
But there has been no PN involvement for two weeks now, even from him.
There are a large number of customers who prefer usenet to forums . If you have given up on them would you kindly let us know?
This went on long before the Christmas hols!

Nope, and sorry for our lack of presence there recently. I'll be honest and say that it's partially been due to my availability and the amount (or rather lack of) free time I've had recently.
