VMBU still not reset!

Its been about 10 days since my switch to extra and my vmbu has STILL not showing any usage.
Despite a response to my ticket saying 'not to worry' i will NOT be hel responsible if i go over 60GB this month!

Sorry about that, I've checked and found a few other accounts in a similar position so have raised an internal problem for investigation.
I'll put a ticket on your account with your daily upload/download since your billing date so you can see how much you've used so far.

Just to clarify this, it's not that the usage isn't reset, it was the usage not appearing at all on VMBU.
It's now fixed and should appear as normal.

I now have this problem, But I have not changed anything on my account, last bill 23 Jun, no VMBU report since

Can you try a disconnect/reconnect on your router and then take a look at VMBU around 2 hours later? I've got a feeling that should fix it.
I can put the usage since your last bill on the ticket if you'd like so you can see how much you've used daily?

When you say disconnect, do you mean a router power off or software disconnect?  - my uptime was 13 days, but have changed gateways recently
