Hi,
I've been with Plusnet for 10+ years with very few problems therefore have only needed to contact Customer Service infrequently.
The latest occasion sums it up.
I phoned last Saturday evening, the phone was answered reasonably quickly by a very pleasant and capable lady, I didn't catch her name, we discussed my problem and agreed it could be my router she reminded me I was eligible for a free router.
As it was a Saturday evening and from comments I've read on here I had my doubts when she suggested I'd probably receive it on Tuesday and that the installation should be straight forward.
Those doubts were prove to be unfounded, the Router duly arrived yesterday and the installation was indeed straightforward and t was up and running with no problems as easily as she said it would be.
Now only time will tell if it is the cure for my problem.
So, well done and thank you.
