Called up as I was a little concerned about an open ticket that didn't seem to be going anywhere and needing a phone line cancelled asap. Spoke to advisor Thomas and he was extremely helpful, I'd say he's gone far beyond what other companies customer services would be prepared to do. Said he'd personally check the ticket when he comes on shift tomorrow just to check it's all moving along nicely, this is the sort of customer support that I like and this is why I've been with plusnet since 2002.
I'll keep you posted as to whether anymore good/bad stuff happens.
