Have you checked that the domain in your router login is @plusdsl.net ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

most of my Peak time usage has gone into Off Peak time - but that's fine.

Did you do the disconnect / reconnect thing?
Mine started working after that. Seems to have been fine since.
(Though I had some issues of being charged extra for going over - when I hadn't - that needed clearing up first.)

No, I haven't done switch off/on at the router yet.  But a few weeks ago we had similar situ and when it was fixed it had started registering the usage.  So, I think I will wait for them to get it fixed or Digi team to suggest to do so.

@chandu - If you want to disconnect and reconnect it may well fix this for you. You'll need to wait 4 hours for the usage to catch up before you'll know if this has done the trick though  Wink

I have already done the router's soft disconnect/reconnect yesterday and nothing has changed.  Sad

I've tried the "disconnect -reconnect" route -but VMU figures are all zeros since Monday!!  Doesn't matter to me cos I'm on U/L package tho' Smiley

Yes, Chris, you are right.  Last night I had tried PPP disconnect/wait 30 Mins./reconnect/wait 30 mins and then check for VYU, but it did not make any difference.  So, I decided to do a hard (Router) switch off/wait 30mins/switch on/wait 30mins and hey presto, it started to register the usage. Let's hope that it stays that way.  Smiley

Please note that my usage meter is now also showing periods of zero usage - having been fine since mid May when the problem was first reported by others.
Check out attached screenshot. I was away both previous weekends.
On the weekend of 7/8th there was nominal usage as usual when I'm away - so nothing amiss.
On Wednesday 11th zero is showing.
On the weekend of 14/15th I was actually back at 10am on Sunday and was using the internet all day following that point. Should have been at least 200MB - but it's zero.

Well it all seems to have gone tits up again!  I'm showing zero usage since Sunday 29th June up to and including today.  Anyone else affected again?????????????Huh
