Thanks petecove44.  Only that I was told by the Support member that it takes 48 hours to update the meter.  I did not believe him at the time.  It appears that my meter is not functioning correct;y at present.

I agree, it does seem to be about 4 hours 
I remember when it used to be 20 minutes or less

Thank you for the info.  So, the support agent was NOT correct when he told me it takes 48 hours.
