If you're worried about your usage, and depending what devices you're using, install a usage monitor on the computers/phone etc. Most devices can use them and if you're only on 10Gb a month you clearly seldom browse so the results should be mostly accurate, then at least for the period you can't use PN's inbuilt usage monitor you can use your own.

There is an issue with View My Broadband Usage that we;re aware of. The reason I requested that you leave your router switched on was so that I could check to see if you were being affected by the same issue, if you weren't, this is something I would need to look at from a different stand point.
Unfortunately there are higher priority issues which require fixing more urgently which is the sole reason for this is not being fixed as of yet. I'm sorry that this is the case, we're working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I'll check it out.  It'd certainly save a lot of aggravation at the end of the month.
