Greetings to all,
Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service I have received over the last couple of days.
I raised a call on New Years Eve regarding my community website and within 40 minutes Oliver <snipped> from the CSC Team had sorted it out.
I had expected it to be off line for at least a day but the great service meant it was only down a matter of minutes.
Best wishes to all at Plusnet and I hope you all managed to enjoy at least some of the festivities.
