Re: WTH!

You say that every time Jojo, oh we've changed this, then I have to complain again, and you change it again.  How about you make it so it actually stays where its meant to be, and gives me the service you are "so proud of", instead of every other day me having to login to my neighbours router.  Of course, you'll be absolutely red hot at taking the money from my bank account!

Re: WTH!

Hi carolej,
I know it may seem like that and I'll certainly do everything I can. I can only change it on our side if it's changed on the BT system. If you stay in the test socket then I don't see why it won't remain stable. Let me know if the speed hasn't kicked in.

Re: WTH!

Can you try another speed test in 5 minutes time for me please?
As for the reimbursement you've asked about, I'll sort that out for you when I'm back in the office tomorrow morning.

Re: WTH!

If the speed hasn't improved in a few minutes time, please just try a single power off and back on of the router (this would be better done through the router configuration pages if you know how to do that).
I've also responded to your ticket now about the goodwill gesture.

Re: WTH!

The speedtest says i can't run another for an hour.
Yes I know how to reboot the router through its page.
Shall i wait for the hour to pass?
Thank you, I will have a look shortly.

Re: WTH!

You can just try a quick speedtest at www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk rather than wait the hour, that should give an indication of whether it's improved or not.

Re: WTH!

That's looking a bit more usable! Hopefully you won't need to connect to your neighbours wireless again.
