I ordered phone and fibre 23/07. Phone line was installed no problem on the 07/08.
I was supposed to then get an engineer to visit the following Thursday 13/08 who was a no show. Called up to find out that this was known from the 11/08. Two whole days before the scheduled appointment. I even received email confirmation on the Thursday morning that an engineer was coming.
So not only am I not impressed with the lack of communication, by the way in the contract I am supposed to give 48 hours notice if I can't attend an appointment, surely this implies I am due the same courtesy? Needless to say I complained to PN. This has not been responded to since I submitted it to the support team on Thursday evening.
Secondly, I called two days ago to replace the (cancelled????) fibre order. I was told I would receive a text message within 24-48 hours with an appointment date. Yep, you guessed it... nada. Granted there are still 3 hours to go until 48 hours has passed but given my recent experience I feel justified posting this now. And isn't that indicative of PN so called support team and promoted customer service that I have to resort to s community forum to try and get some sort of response and action?? Also, why is it I have to go through the effort and gruelling task of call times and hassle of emails and now forums to get my order sorted? As a new customer I am not impressed, something wrong with your marketing approach methinks......
Please, all I want is an internet connection, is that too much to ask?? Coming up to 4 weeks since I actually placed my order. Can someone please actually respond, let me see some action!

I'm just looking into this now.
[EDIT]
I can see there's a appointment booked for the 27th between 8am and 1pm. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
