I was just checking my hotmail linked to plusnet the other day, and I had an email from you guys titled 'A few choice words‏' and I thought what have I done wrong.  I clicked on it and it was only telling me about unlimited fibre.

It just sounded like you where going to tell me off for something I did wrong on the internet.

There are surely more wrong things on the internet than there are grains of sand in all the deserts and beaches of the world.

"A few choice words" (in my ear) are what my headmaster used to say as he called me into his office to discuss another of my misdemeanors.
Time for a different choice of wording, PN?

Yeah, a few choice words has negative connotations.  "I'm going to go have a few choice words with him" usually results in a fight, maybe an email title that describes the content to peak peoples interest in reading the email, I've lost count of the number of emails I've not read because the title didn't interest me (whilst titles that do interest me... "512Gb SSD only £200!!" will get read).
