Just tried a few times to click the Product Change tab, after a short pause I get the following :

Sorry, An error occurred whilst processing your request.
The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later.
I just wanted to see if i can add anytime calls to my package and if so how much is it, or do i have to wait until I'm out of my 9 month lower price deal first?

PS: Just noticed my router as well: Uptime: 43 days, 13:54:50 I think BT were lucky to manage 10 days
