May I just compliment the PN team who have dealt with my re contracting for another 2yrs, the offer I was given and the way my enquiry, 2 weeks later about that contract, was dealt with yesterday. 15 min wait time quoted - answered within 6 minutes, I was called back when I was told I would be by a very polite young lady and the possible hick-up sorted to my satisfaction.

So a happy bunny
