Have just enjoyed the most effortless change of broadband providers ever. I even managed to set up my router at the first time of asking. This has been unheard of,before! So well done Plusnet. Long may the good service continue.

Hope you have a good time,  PN had a problem recently with Hardware in the London data centre that upset a few  people, but seems to be on the way back up now, still a few bugs to sort out as you will see if you read the various threads

same as you balax,plusnet brilliant,changed over to plusnet mid november,everything perfect,i would recommend plusnet every time.

I couldn't agree anymore! the switch was smooth and i love the order tracker! from day one been running at 5mb a sec and pawning players on MW2!
Plusnet - you definitely deserve your awards!!
