Well done Plusnet (and Openreach)

This forum seems to have a lot of negative feedback and very little positive feedback - I hope this post will help to rectify this. I raised a fault (ticket #82659110) on 11 March when my SNR suddenly shot up from 6db to 15db. At all stages (I think 3 or 4 Plusnet people were involved) the people I spoke to were courteous and knowledgeable and more importantly advanced the resolution of the fault which required 2 visits by Openreach engineers. Again there seems to be a lot of anti-Openreach material on here but Tony, the second Openreach engineer, was absolutely brilliant and tenacious in getting the fault resolved. As as result I now have a higher sync at an SNR of 6db.
If any member of the DCT sees this post, please pass on my thanks to those involved for the great service I received.
