Well done Plusnet

Reported my BB down Monday morning. I had a BT Smart Hub (HH6) showing steady orange.

The young lady diagnosed a router/hub fault and said she would send a replacement. I was a little sceptical having connected to the hub. It was telling my there was an internet failure.

Next morning a new hub arrived about 10am and I was back up running in a few minutes.

I didn't have to wait long to talk to a tech. The tech seemed quite knowledgable and she had good customer care skills.

Praise where praise is due.
