What a very sorry tale... a comic turn, turned comic.
Anyways, the bit that confuses me is that CavemanJoe is obviously a business user, yet P/n sold him the most basic residential package?? Isnt that a case for mis-selling as unlimited or Pro is a much more obvious choice if a single server backup exceeds the monthly limit.
The pessimist in me also shouts that Customer Services would be more efficient for a customer paying more for their product.... but of course we all know that every customer is equally as valuable as the next.

Dan - really sorry the provisioning of your broadband wasn't better - we're starting a major piece of work to sort out how we provision phone lines (particularly new ones) as we know we need to improve it. Thank you for your patience in this case.
