"We're in this together" = we have your money expect less of a service with no refunds
As catch phrases go it's pretty bland and I'm already bored with seeing it just about everywhere. Maybe some company will spice it up a bit. Maybe a Larry Grayson pop up. "Shut that door" and don't go out.

A few minutes ago I was browsing through the broadband/phone FAQs when I noticed a box in the bottom right corner labelled Live Chat.
Curious, I clicked on it, and within a few seconds a window opened saying I was in a chat with Joe.
So is Chat sill closed down or has it come back?

If I remember rightly, when I found out that Plusnet had been lying to their customers for a week, the source said that Live Chat would only be available for SALES ....
