I only asked because I am considering upgrading from Broadband Your Way Option 2 to a current product but keeping email / webspace / CGI / MySQL, and adding a phone product.
What is the procedure to ensure that this is handled correctly?

The default upgrade process does keep all legacy components when changing account types, however in cases where it's critical it's easier if the upgrade is done manually just so an agent is there to watch it happen. If you raise a ticket requesting the upgrade it'll be done that way, plus that way you can always nudge one of us here and we'll take a look at it for you.

Adam
The price I pay is higher than the price for the other packages (Value, Extra, Pro).  Say I went onto Pro, what would I pay?

Saturn,
You'd be paying the normal price i.e £11.49 as you are connected to a market 3 exchange.

Unfortunately not, pro is £16.49 a month on market 3 as per the information at http://www.plus.net/residential/broadband/pro.shtml.

That's why I asked, I said
"Say I went onto Pro, what would I pay?"
and Adam said
"You'd be paying the normal price i.e £11.49 as you are connected to a market 3 exchange."
Too good to be true  Sad

Re: What do you get with current Plusnet Products?

Granted, but it is cheaper than your current product and also has better traffic prioritisation so things aren't all bad surely?
