I signed up for Broadband & home phone on 10/11/15. Router has been received and currently awaiting switch over from Sky.
Today 18/11/15 I received an email confirming cancellation (from plusnet) it basically confirms that my home phone order has been cancelled.....
But I did not cancel any service with plusnet
Phoned to enquire...........1/2hr anticipated wait time - No thanks!
Messaged on here asking 'whats going on' - Got a reply email, totally ignoring my enquiry, instead telling me:
Thank you for getting in touch with us about your account.
We are in the process of changing the way we communicate with our customers. As this is the case, this question system is in the process of being replaced by our new online chat system. Therefore, we will be unable to assist you through this system any further. We will be able to answer all your questions via our chat system, so please feel free to start a chat on the link below:

Someone better get their sh*t together before a new customer decides that sky was actually not too bad after all

It looks like our suppliers have cancelled the order in connection to problems porting your number from your current provider. As the order got cancelled, the systems notified you that the orders had been cancelled.
I'll get the orders replaced now for you and make sure our provisioning team are monitoring this for you.
In regards to the chat functionality, do you have any browser add-ons/extensions that could be blocking this from working? I know in the past when this has been discussed, add blockers/pop up blockers and things like that have stopped people from using the chat feature on our website.

I had similar problems getting Online Chat to work.... Perhaps you could read the relevant parts of this thread... and see if your Ghostrey or ad blocker is blocking things mentioned..

I can confirm that chat has no issues from our side but I'm not sure where that link came from you gave as I can't seem to access that and that's not the link it uses if you go through the standard contact us page. It may have just been a glitch at this time, or we had a particularly long queue. Either way currently the queue is low and everything is working perfectly
