When will I be able to see my useage again?

I have never got anywhere near my 40GB limit usually being around the 20GB mark but sods law being what it is, I don't like to be approaching the end of my billing period 'flying blind'.
When is it going to be resolved?

Really sorry about this. There's another update due today for those issues on the service status feed, so hopefully we should know more soon - unfortunately though we've no idea of when it will be fixed at present. We will make sure to keep you posted though.

Would seem a little harsh if a user was unable to realise they were approaching their 10Gig allowance and was then hit for excess usage.

As per Bob's update to service status there may be some odd looking usage periods for some but that won't effect anyone's billing. Let me know if anyone has any individual concerns though.

I changed to the unlimited package last weekend and now I can't see my usage.
I want to check and make sure my kids aren't hammering the connection threatening the account.

I would not worry about it to much ( its only for reference on the ul package), on unlimited you can " hammer" the connection as much as you like (24/7 if you so wish ), with out any chance of threatening your account.

Since the previously known problem is reported as "resolved" it's possible this is something different and account specific. I suggest raising a ticket for CS to take a look at your account.

The usage is working here now.
- I.T.Works - Thanks for the info about the unlimited usage. I was cautious on how unlimited the connection was as I was sure there was a "fair usage" policy the kids could break.

As has been said, there's not We wouldn't be able to sell it as Unlimited if there were.
