I would like to be able to use this facility however my connection is

In order for us to be able to investigate your fault, we need you to visit http://faults.plus.net and answer all of the questions.
It looks like you've started this a few times in the last 6 months, but you don't appear to have finished the process. If you fill in all the questions, we can do some checks and make sure that your line is being profiled accordingly.
(NB to everyone else that replies, it's a Tiscali line).
