Where is My MAC Key?

I ordered my MAC Key Last Tuesday morning, and still no sign. Can a member of the Plusnet PR Machinary staff assist?

Sorry to hear that your thinking of leaving. It looks for some reason like we had an issue generating the MAC key for you on Friday. I'm not aware of any issues with this today so I have flagged this with a support agent for you who will be responding to the ticket ASAP.

Pierre I have no problem for you sticking up for them. Im sure most of the folk on here are decent people who have had a decent service. I have had a shocking experience with Plusnet and was told by them 4 working days (although I know ofcom say 5 working days).
Something on my ticket spoke about manual intervention (sounds like more delays!)

Why was it only Friday when the MAC was generated when I asked on Tuesday ?

It's an automated process (our system requests the MAC in time to meet the regulations).
There was a problem, which is why the ticket talks of manual intervention.
