Where the hell is the support? I put in a ticket nearly a week ago and its still not answered?![Huh Huh](/html/@3681646702FDFD32BCA97E2E5F1BDDD5/images/emoticons/huh.gif)
This is classed as poor service, and if it continues I will be getting my MAC and moving on!!.
Why is there NO Technical phone lines like every other ISP?? I asked the question when I took out my contract and I was told " all tickets are answered within 8 hours!!"
What a load of [Censored], yet more poor sales and service just to get you to sign up........................

Plusnet have stated that they currently have a backlog of outstanding tickets that they are striving to get on top of, but give them a call - it should bring your case to the top of the pile.
