Where is my £70 Cashback

I received my cashback email yesterday but I only saw it this morning.
I've just clicked the link and filled in the form but when I click the button to submit, I don't get any confirmation that my claim has been received. The page seems to reload but with the form still filled in.
Is anyone able to confirm one way or another if my claim has been received?

Exactly the same happened to me,  seems this cashback is a bit of a lottery.

I got a clear Thank You confirmation page when I submitted.  I'd try again if I were you, in case the hiccup was due to the system not liking something you typed in one of the fields, or a system glitch.

ramissin - do you live in a flat or apartment by any chance? I'm wondering if my problem is because the address on my account is a bit weird because it's an apartment within a larger building.

No , my mum lives in a terraced bungalow, the cashback fiasco is a chaotic mess, I doubt they need even more excuses do give

Nothing dubious about it.  As records I had the email inviting me to make the online application, plus screenshots of the application and confirmation web pages.

Aha, I've cracked it. I was in the middle of explaining the problem to someone on live chat when my wifi mysteriously went down but the router was still running, so after resetting the computer's wifi card I double checked everything and it was user error - I was ending my email address with plus.net instead of plus.com 
It would have been helpful to provide some sort of error message!

I got my cheque on 22nd April. I think it was dated 3rd April. According to a response I got from Plusnet, the supplier who produces the cheques had a delay in their system.
This partly explains why Plusnet said "you should have received your cheque on this date" when I hadn't received it several days after that. They were assuming that there was no delay between them telling the supplier to send the cheque and the cheque being sent - or something like that.

Hey everyone, we've recently been notified that the third party who deal with sending out our cashback have experienced a technical issue and this has caused delays on some of the cheques that were due to arrive recently.

@Alldownhill Our tracker shows that your cheque has been sent and was expected around 24/04/15, however I imagine the issues mentioned above have probably delayed this slightly. I'd hope it should be with you shortly if it hasn't already arrived since you last posted.

@JOHNQUINN1967 Sorry if these responses are getting a bit repetitive. Your cheque was also expected around 24/04/15, but the same as above, this is likely delayed slightly by the technical issues our cashback supplier encountered recently. Should be with you shortly if it hasn't already arrived.

@benfranklin Not sure what stopped the thank you page coming up when you submitted the form, however I can confirm that your cheque has been redeemed and should be with you within the next 30 days.

@lemming Glad to hear some of the cheques are coming through with little to no problems.

@ramissin I completely understand your concerns, given the delays some customers have experienced with the cashback, however I can see that the email to claim your cashback came through 2 days after your account activated. The form seems to have been filled out and redeemed on the same day and the cheque should arrive within 30 days from this date. With all due respect, I wouldn't worry too much about the cashback right now as it is still well within the 30 days it can take to arrive, from the point it was redeemed.

Been with Plusnet 2 mths, Out of the blue a letter arrived with a cheque attached. My cashback. Had completely foegot.
