Looking at the tweets on https://twitter.com/plusnethelp/with_replies I rather suspect it does!
They're advising raising individual faults!

Guys - whatever you do don't disconnect. Looks like those with a connection may be OK but if you lose it you won't get back on.
Radius issue?

Most of the people they have tweeted that to have since replied that their internet is back up.

I had a disconnection just before 3pm today, and it struggled to re-connect for a few minutes, but it did eventually succeed.

Went out at work around 14:25 (BT Business Broadband), just came back a couple of minutes ago.

I can confirm I had a connection until rebooting my router to fix a wifi issue and now can't connect strangely I'm connecting but given an odd ip address 172.20.104.19 instead of my usual static IP, although all is connected I've no connection to the internet itself.

Re: Where's the service status posting for the BT MSO?

that is a BT default and indicates that the Plusnet connection isn't authenticating

Re: Where's the service status posting for the BT MSO?

Have to agree - issue noticed at about 2:35 pm, my Draytek router was rebooting (seems a bit harsh) and just could not keep the VDSL connection up.  Before I changed everything and anything, I checked Plus.net service status on my phone over 4G - no issues reported, so it must be me or so I thought.
Not good.
But - seems to be OK now!

PN TV looks to be down, I'm guessing this is related.

Re: Where's the service status posting for the BT MSO?

Another place to look for news as Plusnet has still not updated Service Status.
http://status.zensupport.co.uk/
When will Plusnet learn? If it used the Service Status as intended it could save its customers a lot of grief and itself a multitude of phone calls that it struggles to handle during normal times.
