Who dropped my profile?

Why has PlusNet dropped my profile to 10.1 when it should be 14.81?

The profile updated on the 14th due to a sync of 11459. It should have updated to the figure you've quoted since then but seems to have come through correctly. I've nudged it now.

Thanks Chris but I don't understand your comments. My profile has been 14.1 for months.

It had been 10100 since the 14th September on our side, and has fluctuated slightly as per the image attached.
