Why all open support ticket links removed?

I know plusnet are overwhelmed by problems (Ive used my 500 mins on my cell for plusnet alone for several months now and this one looks like it will be no different sat here listening to music) but why no easy support links?  Farce of a business.

they aren't and the easy way is via http://www.plus.net/help/?home=helptop and search for tickets - first answer gives you a link
