It looks as though it wasn't reporting correctly last night, looks better now though? The "Currently unavailable" is still being investigating by our third party vendor.
I'm surprised to see how bad the business lines are - never saw anything that bad when I was a business user. Problems on the business call desk or another stats reporting issue? Kevin

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I think it was reporting a 10 minute wait when I looked yesterday for business. This morning at around 7.00 when I called it said there was 0.07 calls waiting lol - but it still took 7-8 minutes for an answer. First time I've rung at that time and had to wait.
