Why has my speed been throttled - AGAIN

Which account type are you on?

The one where I add £5 per 5GB - see picture

I would add £100 limit then when they bill you send them the email.and say you will pay 75.p per gb

So not only have they restricted your account, they've also sent you a BBYW email instead of the Value email.
Not doing too well are they!

If a user does get their speed throttled, is this 24 hours a day, or is the overnight unlimited period unthrottled ?
