Why hasn't Plusnet told us about the transfer to the new network?

It seems rather odd that PN hasn't made their customers aware of such a massive change.

I'm sure many of us have been having problems due to this and unfortunately some of us still are.

It's sad that we've had to find out about this through hearsay (which obviously has turned out to be true).

So is there a reason why we've not been told?
