If you can post the results of the BT speedtest Further Diagnostics we will have a good idea http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

Hi there,
I've tweaked the profile on your account, you're showing as having a profile of 77400 on BTs side of things so that's now matched - should improve things for you. Please bear in mind though that you're paying for up to 76Mb, not 76Mb - therefore the speed may be lower (you can get a line estimate at http://dslchecker.bt.com/) but as we charge for usage and not speed we wouldn't be able to reduce your subscription fee.
Hope that helps.
