Worse customer service in the world

I have begged plus eat to change my payment date to my pay day and every month I have to pay late this month as there are 5 weeks I am later and they cut me off and are refusing to out it back on until I can pay on friday. The link on th website to complain does not work and their chat people are an absolute joke so am taking this further

You can beg all you like, but until Plusnet implement their new accounting system (which has been promised for years), it is not possible to have your billing date changed. They used to attempt it but more often than not it ended up in a horrible mess - it wouldn't surprise me if it ended up with double payments being taken which I guess would cause you even bigger problems.

It will not cause me any problems as I am now leaving them because of this. They would rather lose customers than try and help them. Like I said aicg bad customer service. I had recommended them previously to a friend but will be telling my friends to steer well clear from now on
