Worst customer service experienced

I really do not understand how you have got a great reputation for your customer service. You have the worst customer service I have ever come across. Your staff are not polite, warm or professional. It is the first and last time trying this provider. Thank god I was in my cooling off period to get out before getting stuck with this company for 18 months.
