Wrong number provided

I've been waiting six weeks to get connected and now discover that the home phone number given belongs to someone else and I still have no landline or internet. Not impressed!

Hi,
Welcome to PN and the forums.  PlusNET staff - Digital Care Team DCT - are only present in the forums during office hours.  Consequently you might not see a response from them until at least Tuesday.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
