Hi there, We're seeing that the connection is pretty stable to be honest, there were a few drops on Thursday but things seem to have settled again. 

 

I've also ran some broadband diagnostic tests and they don't point towards any connection problems either:

Hi - thanks for doing that - I am currently trying to watch a film on Amazon Prime and it has stopped and buffered at least 6 times and I am 30mins in!  It is honestly terrible - yesterday I hardly got anything done on my mac as the wifi just kept stopping.  Something is def not working correctly Sad

At least we now know that your connection isn’t dropping so the buffering is caused by something else. Did you find an Ethernet cable to try?

Sorry to hear this. I agree with @Baldrick1, the next step would be to try a wired connection which will help narrow down where the issue lies. Let us know how you get on.
