Zoomerang feedback survey

I just closed a ticket and agreed to take part in the survey but the website is sitting there doing nothing - note I didn't block the cookie just selected session

Just underneath the text shown there should be a blue arrow with the words 'Start Survey' on it. Did that not appear at all Jim?
