the figures lie i have had a calloutstanding for 2 days my broadband speed is down to 130kbps max... i have rai8sed a call all i got back was we have tried and can't seem tio fix it thismay not be your problem... thatsb it nothing... call clear up rate is shocking ... i don't really care if they can't fix it because of something else COMMUNICATION ...
i bet this will not get to senior managment becauwse after around 7 or 8 years if not more with plus i amd shiown no loyalty or care...
I really want to swear and be rude here but i wont stoop to that this is atrocious... what am i opayinbg 14.99 a month for.... i can get faster from a pay as go broadband.
if any one is reading this and cosnidering coming to plus my advice is don't
