could someone at PN please remove me from mailings related to service status. My account is now closed but I noted I am still receiving the emails.

Isn't there an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails?

Given that there is no link from your account to the service status email facility on Usertools there is no way for Plusnet to know what email address to remove.

But as it is so simple to do I'm at a loss to understand why you can't do it yourself!
