so there's no point contacting their "award winning customer services" because you either get chat cut off or told any [-Censored-] that they think you want to here, still waiting for discount and money back I think ive got more chance of growing another head....so no point?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
