I was attracted to plus net by their much trumpeted "award winning" customer service, I can only guess the award was for poor service, I have found it impossible to speak to a representative which suggests many customers have issues, online help is very difficult to navigate and once you do find it, the customer service representatives have a standing instruction to ignore some of the complaint and hope the customer will simply give up.

You are right, I still have issues, just given up on them and sitting out my contract. I swore I would never take a contract again with PN, but several years of using them have dimmed my memory and they are back to being rubbish and I have 9 months left.
Whatever happens always remember "We will do you
