awful service now

when i joined plusnet the support team was wicked now its just a shambles noone wants to help u and it takes forever on the phone to talk to anybody and now the live chat sucks noone ever responds to tech support anymore on it apart from live chat for new customers and new orders ....its gone down hill so much noone seems to care about any problems you have anymore why is this ?

exactly and get the same old messages from them but nothing gets done about anything everyone seems to pass the buck and doesnt want to know

I've only been with PlusNet for a few weeks so can't say if things are worse than in the past but can categorically say that customer service is infinitely better than that provided (or not) by my previous supplier.

 

If it has got worse it's probably because they are now dealing with more customers but with the same or a lower number of staff.  It's a cut-throat business and more staff would lead to an increase in charges for everybody.  There are plenty of people who only look at the price and wouldn't pay more for better Customer Service, better 'free' routers or anything else.

Because it seemed a complaint about lack of support and nothing to do with fibre was mentioned in your post.

ok fair play another topic that gets drowned out and nothing gets done about anything ... i so wished my landlord let me have virgin but im stuck with this shoddy internet provided by plusnet ....what a joke
