8)did have a problem  with the internet it would no come
have hade a prpblem a few times 
but not one to complain  sorted the problem out myself

do you want to let us know why you had no internet and how you fixed?
and if you had complained PN about having no service was the problem there's to fix.
as things sound it looks like it wasnt a PN or BTw problem if you manged to fix it your self
